Overview:
Helps clients and families navigate services, appointments, and transitions of care—removing barriers to access. Nurse Navigators educate, coordinate care, and advocate for culturally safe care, often in complex pathways (e.g., oncology).
What You’ll Do:
- Assess needs and coordinate care plans.
- Book referrals and support transitions.
- Provide education on conditions and services.
- Advocate for culturally safe care.
Prerequisites:
- Grade 12 diploma — Regular Grade 12, Adult 12, or GED.
Program Locations: Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Regina, Meadow Lake, North Battleford

- Practical Nursing, Indigenous Practical Nursing
