Overview

Leads maternal, infant, and child health programs with a strong focus on cultural safety, family strengths, and early‑years wellness. Oversees staff, coordinates services, and ensures program excellence across communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise MCH teams and program delivery.
  • Coordinate prenatal, postnatal, and early‑childhood services.
  • Monitor outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engage Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and community partners.

Prerequisites

  • Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
  • Postsecondary education required (Nursing, Allied Health, or related area).
