Overview

Provides administrative support across finance and HR functions to ensure efficient operations. This dual‑support role involves financial processing, payroll support, and employee‑document management.

What You’ll Do

  • Support payroll and time‑entry processes.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile records.
  • Maintain files, databases, and financial/HR documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling, interviews, and onboarding.

Prerequisites

  • Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
  • Foundations of Math 30 or Pre‑Calculus 30.
  • 70% average or Business Administration Certificate (72%+).
