Overview

Provides strategic leadership across programs to advance community health, governance, and organizational excellence. Executive Directors oversee staff, budgets, partnerships, and long‑term planning.

What You’ll Do

  • Set organizational vision, strategy, and high‑level partnerships.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and governance.
  • Champion organizational culture, safety, and equity.
  • Represent the organization to funders, partners, and community stakeholders.

Prerequisites

  • Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
  • Foundations of Mathematics 30 or Pre‑Calculus 30.
  • 70% overall average or Business Administration Certificate with 72%+ average.
