Overview
Provides strategic leadership across programs to advance community health, governance, and organizational excellence. Executive Directors oversee staff, budgets, partnerships, and long‑term planning.
What You’ll Do
- Set organizational vision, strategy, and high‑level partnerships.
- Manage budgets, resources, and governance.
- Champion organizational culture, safety, and equity.
- Represent the organization to funders, partners, and community stakeholders.
Prerequisites
- Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
- Foundations of Mathematics 30 or Pre‑Calculus 30.
- 70% overall average or Business Administration Certificate with 72%+ average.
