Overview

Leads cultural programming that strengthens identity, belonging, and community wellness. Manages events, partnerships, and cultural initiatives that support cultural safety and community connection.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and resource community cultural programming.
  • Engage Elders, Knowledge Keepers, artists, and partners.
  • Support cultural safety training for staff.
  • Evaluate participation, outcomes, and community impact.

Prerequisites

  • Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
  • Postsecondary education in Indigenous Studies, Social Work, Arts Management, or related field.
