Overview
Leads cultural programming that strengthens identity, belonging, and community wellness. Manages events, partnerships, and cultural initiatives that support cultural safety and community connection.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and resource community cultural programming.
- Engage Elders, Knowledge Keepers, artists, and partners.
- Support cultural safety training for staff.
- Evaluate participation, outcomes, and community impact.
Prerequisites
- Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
- Postsecondary education in Indigenous Studies, Social Work, Arts Management, or related field.
