Overview

Provides senior leadership for community health programs, partnerships, and health outcomes. Oversees multiple programs, collaborates with leadership, and drives strategic plans that support community wellness.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic planning and program integration.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and partner relationships.
  • Engage community, leadership, and Elders.
  • Oversee performance measurement and quality improvement.

Prerequisites

  • Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
  • Postsecondary education in health, public health, or leadership.
