Overview

Oversees childcare programming, ensuring developmental, licensing, and safety standards are met. Supports staff, manages schedules, and builds strong relationships with families and community partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead childcare program planning and staff coordination.
  • Ensure safety, licensing, and quality standards are followed.
  • Engage parents and build community partnerships.
  • Conduct reporting and support continuous improvement.

Prerequisites

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 70% average in required subjects.
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) training recommended.
