Communications Officer

Overview
Creates communications that inform, engage, and reflect community values and voices. Communications Officers manage messaging across print, digital, media, and community channels.
What You’ll Do
- Write and design materials for website, social media, newsletters, and print.
- Support media relations, events, and communications campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and cultural safety in messaging.
- Work across programs to share stories, results, and community updates.
Prerequisites
- Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
- Bachelor of Arts (Communications, Journalism, PR, etc.) recommended.
