TeamsTeams uses the web browser that runs on your computer, such as in Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Microsoft Edge, Safari and others not as popular.
This can be an easier method of attending the course since it is done from your computer at your desk or from your home, from anywhere you have access to an Internet connection. Dual monitors on your computer is recommended but not required.
We recommend that you have a headset for your computer, but it too is not required. A speaker and microphone is all you need. Teams, at the current time, does not have phone call-in, audio is only through the web browser. |

TelehealthTelehealth is hardware usually mounted in the health center board rooms, although some health centers have portable units which can be moved from room to room.
Attending the course through this method requires coordinating with your Telehealth Coordinator. We will do that for you, but use of the Telehealth equipment might not be available for the time slot of the course.
We recommend if you use the Telehealth equipment to attend the course you have a laptop so you can do the exercises. |
